Refunds & Returns

We accept returns on all full-priced purchases as long as these requirements are met:

  1. We are notified as soon as possible
  2. Items are returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date. 
  3. Items are returned in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, unworn, unwashed, original price tags attached, and in any original packaging. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted. 
  4. Proof of purchase is provided.

Returns process

Please follow the below steps to return a purchase:

  1. Read the Varga Girl Refunds & Returns Policy to ensure your return is eligible. 
  2. Contact our team (via email, phone or chat) as soon as possible, to discuss the details of your return.
  3. Once given authorization to return, please send your package to:

We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and please note - we do not accept liability for lost returns. 

If you are in the Perth area, you may return your item in person, to our physical store.

Your return will be promptly assessed and we will contact you as soon as possible to determine the outcome.  

Refund Policy  

We are a small independent retailer and do not give refunds simply because you change your mind. We do issue refunds if items are deemed faulty (after assessment), and all other reasonable avenues, including repair and exchange, have been exhausted.

Any authorized refunds are reversed onto the original form of payment i.e. PayPal account or credit card used.

Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.

The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges incurred by us. 

Refunds for orders made via PayPal

PayPal is a third party organisation. Refunds for orders processed via PayPal will be refunded via PayPal. Once your refund has been processed, PayPal will send you an email notification. Receiving your refund can take up to 5 business days.

Refunds for orders made via AfterPay

Afterpay is a third party organisation. AfterPay will only process refunds following the instruction by a Merchant (Varga Girl) through the issue of a refund request, via the Merchant Portal

  • Afterpay will determine how to apply the refund to the customer’s order and adjust the customers’ payment schedule accordingly to reflect the refund issued
  • Afterpay will process amounts back to the customer’s card in the instances where the customer has made payments to Afterpay already.
  • An email will be sent from Afterpay to the customer to confirm the refund has been processed and communicate the changes to the customer’s payment schedule.
  • Receiving your refund can take up to 5 business days.

Exchange

Varga Girl does offer exchange under these circumstances:

  • You require a different size or colour.
  • The item is a gift that is not suitable to the receiver.
  • The item is not suitable and there is no alternative size, colour, or the item is out of stock.
  • The item is faulty and you would like to exchange the item, instead of accepting a refund.

Store Credit

Varga Girl does offer store credit, which is valid for 90 days, from date of issue.

You can redeem store credit via our eBoutique, or our physical store.

Sale or Discounted Items 

The Varga Girl eBoutique does not accept returns (refund or exchange) on any sale or discounted items unless deemed faulty. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase. Promotional prices are final and no further discounts apply. This includes items discounted with a code at checkout.

Faulty Items

Varga Girl thoroughly checks the quality of all purchased garments before shipping. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our team via phone, email or chat, to discuss further.

Colours

We have made every effort to correctly display the colours of our products on our eBoutique. However, due to the fact that we use flash photography, as well as the inevitable variances between computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that your device will display a colour which is completely accurate.  

Swimwear

Please wear under garments when trying on swimwear and do not remove the plastic protective film. Returns of swimwear will not be accepted if this film has been removed, or if any part of the garment has been soiled. 

Shoes

Please try on all footwear on a carpeted surface before general wear. Returns of footwear will not be accepted if the product has scuff marks, or the original shoe box is damaged. 

Jewellery

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings.
